Magical Honey is a 45-minute multicultural, participatory dance theatre piece for family audiences. It has originally composed music and a script developed by a talented writer, and uses spoken word, beautiful classical Indian choreography, and magic, to engage the audience with the story as it unfolds. The story revolves around Maya and her meeting with the celestial being Saraswati, who helps her to discover her own magic to overcome a rather frightening foe. The piece has a cast of four people: three dancers and an actor-musician, who plays the violin and plays the part of the Narrator.
